Israel suffers rocket fire from Lebanon, leaving over dozen injured
Central regions of Israel were targeted by rockets fired from Lebanese territory. As a result of the attack, a building was damaged, and 11 people were injured, according to the Israel Defense Forces and The Times of Israel.
Around 2:00 a.m., air raid sirens sounded in the suburbs of Tel Aviv and other towns in the Sharon and Dan regions of central Israel due to the threat of an attack from Lebanon.
Military forces intercepted three rockets that crossed the border and fell in central areas of the country. However, they did not clarify whether these were incoming enemy rockets or debris from air defense missiles.
Subsequently, videos surfaced online showing an explosion in the Arab city of Tira, capturing the moment a rocket struck a building.

War between Israel and Lebanese Hezbollah
Since October 2023, fighters from the Lebanese group Hezbollah have been regularly launching rocket and drone attacks on Israeli territory. In this way, the Islamists, backed by Iran, express solidarity with Hamas, against which Israeli forces are conducting military operations in the Gaza Strip.
Since October 1, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have been conducting a ground operation in the southern regions of Lebanon against terrorists. The military is trying to push the militants away from the border with Israel and reduce the number of attacks on the country.
Last night, the Israel Defense Forces struck the southern suburbs of Beirut, destroying Hezbollah targets.
Recently, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) eliminated Mustafa Ahmad Shahadi, the deputy commander of one of Hezbollah's units.
Additionally, Israeli military operations have destroyed the terrorists' infrastructure in southern Lebanon.
Meanwhile, Hezbollah militants have attacked the headquarters of UN peacekeepers in Lebanon, resulting in casualties.
