Before the strike, Israel Defense Forces (IDF) spokesperson Avichay Adraee issued an Arabic-language warning to everyone near Sanaa Airport: "We call on you to evacuate the airport area – Sana'a International Airport – immediately and to warn everyone around you of the need to evacuate this area at once. Failure to evacuate and move away from the location puts you in danger".

Strike aftermath

The IDF confirmed that Israeli forces struck Sanaa Airport, which is controlled by the Houthis. The facility was destroyed.

According to the military, the airport is now "completely disabled" following airstrikes carried out by Israeli Air Force jets.
