In Tula, a drone hit a high-rise building. One person was injured, according to ASTRA.
A drone collided with an apartment on the 12th floor of a high-rise building located on Khvorostukhin Street. It is probable that the drones were deliberately taken down and one fell into the apartment building, resulting in an individual sustaining a foot injury.
Emergency services are currently present at the scene, where all building occupants have been evacuated.

"One of them, having lost control, crashed into an apartment building in Tula. There were no serious injuries, but the glazing of three apartments was damaged. One of the residents of the building sustained a light cut wound," the governor said.
