In Tula, a drone hit a high-rise building. One person was injured, according to ASTRA.

A drone collided with an apartment on the 12th floor of a high-rise building located on Khvorostukhin Street. It is probable that the drones were deliberately taken down and one fell into the apartment building, resulting in an individual sustaining a foot injury.

Emergency services are currently present at the scene, where all building occupants have been evacuated.

According to the governor of the Tula region, Alexei Dyumin, air defense systems shot down two drones.

"One of them, having lost control, crashed into an apartment building in Tula. There were no serious injuries, but the glazing of three apartments was damaged. One of the residents of the building sustained a light cut wound," the governor said.

Drone attacks in Russia

In 2023, Russia experienced an increase in drone attacks, predominantly targeting military facilities throughout various regions, including Moscow. Most recently, the Moscow region fell victim to such an attack last night, resulting in the suspension of operations at the local Vnukovo and Domodedovo airports.

Preceding this incident, UAVs were intercepted in Bryansk, Tula, and Kaluga regions. Fortunately, no casualties or significant damages have been reported.

Previously, the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine cautioned Moscow and other Russian city residents about a rise in drone attacks.

Additionally, in early November, an explosion happened in the Moscow region near a factory that produces Kinzhals and Iskanders. According to propaganda, a drone was reportedly damaged.
