US President Donald Trump rated his meeting with Russian leader Vladimir Putin a "10 out of 10." Their talks took place today in Alaska, according to Fox News.
According to the network, Trump gave an interview to Fox News, where host Sean Hannity asked him to rate the summit with Vladimir Putin. The US president said that, on a scale of 1 to 10, he would give it a 10.
Russian media reported that Putin described his dialogue with Trump as "very good." They also noted that he claimed he would not have launched the war against Ukraine if Donald Trump had been president of the United States in 2022.
Putin said that Russia was interested in ending the war, but argued that "all root causes of the crisis must be removed."

Trump, for his part, said that after speaking with Putin, he would call President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. However, media reports indicate that this call has not yet taken place.
