How Trump–Putin meeting went: first reaction from Russian delegation

Talks between US President Donald Trump and Russian leader Vladimir Putin in Alaska were described as "positive," according to Russian state media.
In comments to Russian propagandist Pavel Zarubin, Russia’s ambassador to the US, Alexander Darchiev, said the atmosphere of the talks was "generally positive." He declined to provide specifics, but when asked about progress in US–Russia diplomatic negotiations, he noted: "We are trying, but so far there are no major breakthroughs."
Also appearing pleased was Kremlin negotiator Kirill Dmitriev, though he likewise refrained from disclosing what had taken place behind closed doors.
"We will see and hear everything soon," he told propagandist Pavel Zarubin.
