"Happiness is in our eyes. If dealing with stress becomes difficult on your own, it's worth turning to a psychologist or psychiatrist. Sometimes, antidepressants can help, but only a doctor should prescribe them, as they need to be gradually discontinued under supervision to avoid a decrease in libido. Don't lose faith. You have time to change your life so that you enjoy it," emphasizes Yurii Haborets.
