His daily routine includes exercise and various sports, nutrition, and other habits that he follows with near-military precision to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
The actor has admitted that he works out six days a week.
Normally, he does fasted cardio, practically every day, meaning he performs cardiovascular exercise on an empty stomach. The only thing he consumes beforehand is coffee. Afterward, he eats breakfast and heads to the gym.
How the "Batman" actor trains
The order of his workouts is the following: legs, then chest, triceps, and calves, back, shoulders, and biceps, with each group being trained on separate days.
In addition, the actor hired a highly reputable and expensive personal trainer, Dave Rienzi, who also works with another top Hollywood fitness icon.
