'He's very nice': Trump reveals details of today’s talk with Zelenskyy

US President Donald Trump believes that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy was "very nice" during their meeting today, stated Trump during his speech at the NATO summit in The Hague.
"I just wanted to know how he was doing. He's very nice, actually. We had a little rough time, it could have been nicer. I think he'd like to see an end to it (war - ed.). I do," Trump said.
According to him, during his meeting with Zelenskyy, he realized that he would like to see it all end. Trump believes that now is a "great time to end it."
"I think it's a great time to end it (war - ed.). I'm going to speak to Vladimir Putin and see if we can get it ended. They are brave people, they are fighting. There is war all over the place... Zelenskyy's fighting a brave battle. It's a tough battle," the US President added.
Earlier, President Zelenskyy said that his meeting with Donald Trump was meaningful. According to him, during their conversation, they "covered all truly important issues."

NATO Summit in The Hague
The NATO summit is taking place in The Hague from June 24 to 25. One of the key events is expected to be a meeting of the NATO–Ukraine Council.
NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte opened the summit, noting that it is taking place "at a dangerous moment for our one billion citizens." The main topic is increasing defense spending, but the alliance members will also discuss support for Ukraine.
