Frenchman Teddy Riner became the first ever four-time Olympic champion in judo. At the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, he won gold in the over 100-kilogram weight category, according to AIScore.

During the competition, Riner defeated South Korean Kim Min-jong in the final of the over 100-kilogram weight category to win the gold.

The 2024 Paris Olympics is the fifth in the career of the French judoka. He made his debut at this level in 2008, winning bronze in the heaviest men's division.

Riner won individual gold at the 2012 London Olympics and the 2016 Rio Olympics. In Tokyo in 2020, he won two medals for the first time: third place in the individual competition and triumph in the mixed team tournament.
