Exercises for youth and health
Physical exercise is a crucial factor for our overall health and well-being. Lack of sufficient physical activity can significantly increase the risk of developing dangerous diseases and problems such as diabetes, obesity, dementia, and heart disease.
Therefore, it's important to try to include exercise in your daily routine, regardless of its intensity.
67-year-old fitness trainer Denise Austin shared her morning workout routine that boosts her energy levels and activates her metabolism.
"Here's a few moves that I do every single morning. I wake up, get energy, and rev up my metabolism. Give them a try. Three easy moves," the expert said in the video.
For the first move, she stood with her feet shoulder-width apart. To engage your core, make forward and side-to-side movements as if you were boxing. Perform the exercise for 60 seconds.
The second move involves squatting on one leg and feeling the muscles work, then lifting the leg up.
The third exercise requires sitting on the floor, extending one leg, and pushing up with your hands from the floor.
