Fires, destruction and 8 injured: Aftermath of Russia's strike on Kharkiv region

Due to the overnight Russian strike on the Kharkiv region, at least eight people were injured, including a child, the press service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine reports.
"As a result of the UAV strikes, fires broke out, and there are injured," rescuers confirmed.
Kharkiv district
- In Pisochyn, an auto service station caught fire. The fire covered an area of 50 sq. m. According to the State Emergency Service, eight people were injured, one of them a child.
- In Derhachi, due to the enemy attack, two fires broke out. In particular, a warehouse building of a private enterprise was burning on an area of 1,000 sq. m. The second fire broke out in an agricultural enterprise building on an area of 200 sq. m. Fortunately, there were no casualties.
Chuhuiv district
In the village of Kurortne, there was a fire on an area of 300 sq. m. in the canteen of the local sanatorium. No information about casualties was received.

At night, amid the launch of another batch of Shahed UAVs, explosions were heard in Kharkiv. City Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported that the sounds were coming from outside the city.
Later, the hits in three locations in the Kharkiv and Chuhuiv districts were reported, which caused fires to break out.
