F-16 deliveries coming soon? Zelenskyy holds meeting on aviation

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held a meeting regarding combat aviation. In particular, the upcoming deliveries of additional F-16 fighter jets were discussed.
According to him, the key issue during the meeting was the development of Ukraine's fleet of military aircraft.
"All the key matters: F-16s already in Ukraine, F-16s we are expecting in the near future, and systemic solutions that will help us train and deploy our combat aviation more effectively," the president added.
He thanked everyone who is strengthening Ukraine's efforts in the skies.
F-16s for Ukraine
Ukraine began receiving its first F-16 fighter jets from partner countries only in the summer of last year. The exact number of jets already delivered to Ukraine has not been disclosed.
In early April, the Supreme Allied Commander Europe of NATO, General Christopher Cavoli, stated that additional F-16s were being prepared for transfer to Ukraine. However, he did not specify which country was planning to supply them.
Additionally, on May 1, The War Zone (TWZ) reported that the United States had sent decommissioned F-16s to Ukraine. These aircraft will be used for spare parts.
The F-16s have significantly strengthened Ukraine’s air force, as the country previously had no fourth-generation fighter jets.
