In Russia’s Tver, residents reported a series of explosions overnight on April 11. Videos circulating on social media show flashes over the city, according to the Russian Telegram channel Astra.

“Local residents reported at least three explosions over the city during the night,” the report says.

According to a preliminary OSINT analysis of eyewitness footage, the source of the glow is likely located in the area of the Tvernefteprodukt oil depot, which is a subsidiary of Surgutneftegaz.

As of the time of reporting, Russian authorities had not provided any official comment on the explosions or the possible consequences of the incident.

Explosions were heard overnight in a number of Russian regions — reports also came from Krasnodar Krai. According to Russian monitoring channels, the main strike hit the Krymskaya linear production dispatch station, which is part of the Transneft system.

There are also reports of strikes on facilities in Gelendzhik and the Krymsky district. Eyewitnesses said air defense systems were active, but videos showing multiple flashes in the sky have appeared online.
