Explosions heard in Odesa for second time today amid a ballistic missile threat

Explosions were heard in Odesa on the evening of May 23 for the second time that day. An air raid alert has been declared in the region due to a ballistic missile threat, according to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Telegram channel of Odesa Regional Military Administration head, Oleh Kiper.
"Odesa and the surrounding area, take shelter! Missile threat!" Kiper reported.
Earlier, the Air Force had warned of a potential ballistic missile strike from the south.
"Odesa, take cover!" the military urged.
Attacks on Odesa
Earlier today, May 23, Russia attacked a civilian port in Odesa using ballistic missiles.
As a result of the strike, two people were killed and eight others were injured. All of the victims were port workers.
Four of the injured are in serious condition and are receiving the necessary medical assistance.
