According to unofficial information, the explosion occurred at a bus stop located near the base of the 247th Guards Air Assault Regiment.

The explosive device was reportedly planted in a baby stroller. As a result of the incident, a woman sustained shrapnel wounds and received medical assistance.

Meanwhile, Russian law enforcement cordoned off the area.

Railway explosions in Russia

Yesterday, on October 21, RBC-Ukraine sources reported that an explosion occurred at night on a railway section between Pskov and Saint Petersburg, damaging the tracks and causing freight train cars to catch fire.

According to sources, the incident led to a halt in train traffic and disrupted Russia’s military logistics.

Emergency services were dispatched to the scene, and mobile communication in the area was temporarily unavailable. Intelligence assessments suggest that the track sabotage will negatively impact the supply of Russian troops.

Additionally, on October 7, RBC-Ukraine sources reported that partisans in the Leningrad region blew up a railway section between the Stroganovo and Mshinskaya stations.

The explosion derailed a locomotive and freight cars carrying military cargo. Train traffic in the Saint Petersburg–Pskov direction was temporarily suspended.
