In the village of Yarova in the Donetsk region, the evacuation of civilians is ongoing following today’s Russian airstrike. The White Angels have already evacuated eight people, according to the Telegram channel of Ukraine’s Minister of Internal Affairs, Ihor Klymenko.

According to Klymenko, from the very first moments after the enemy strike in Yarova, police officers and rescuers have been working on the site. Despite the threat of a secondary strike, State Emergency Service personnel extinguished the fire, police investigators documented the damage, and the bodies of the deceased were taken for examination.

The identification process is also beginning using the ANDE mobile DNA laboratory. A police headquarters is operating to handle inquiries from relatives.

Law enforcement and rescuers are helping transport the injured from mobile first-aid points to hospitals.

"After the strike, the police received requests to evacuate residents of Yarova. The White Angels have already evacuated eight people, including a 7-year-old girl. In total, 22 people have been evacuated from this area today," the minister said.
