EU reacts to Russian airstrike on Ukraine's Yarova that killed over 20 people

On the afternoon of September 9, Russia carried out an airstrike on the village of Yarova in the Donetsk region, which killed more than 20 civilians. President of the European Council António Costa sharply reacted to Russia’s brutal attack on his X.
In response to the death of over 20 civilians from the Russian strike, Costa raised three questions.
"Is this what Russia means when it talks about peace? When will Russia stop killing people? When will President Putin accept to start peace talks already accepted by President Zelenskyy?" he asked.
