Ukraine's defense forces have destroyed a large Russian ammunition, drone, and equipment depot in the Kursk region. The strike on enemy logistics significantly reduced the enemy assault capabilities, the 80th Separate Air Assault Halych Brigade reported.

According to the paratroopers, operators of the 80th Brigade's strike drones, currently defending Ukraine's Sumy region, identified a concentration of valuable enemy resources on Russian territory.

The depot stored a substantial amount of equipment and weaponry intended for UAV operators.

Military officials say the enemy believed they were secure on their own soil, but Ukrainian intelligence identified the target in time.

"Enemy forces felt safe on their own territory, but they forgot that such a concentration of valuable resources is equivalent to total destruction," the 80th Brigade emphasized.

The precision strike destroyed a large stockpile of strike and reconnaissance drones, their ammunition, and light vehicles used by enemy crews for transportation.

Kursk direction

Ukraine's defense and resistance forces continue systematically targeting Russian logistics and resources in the Kursk region.

Recently, Ukrainian paratroopers released footage showing the destruction of Russian equipment in this area.

ATESH partisan movement is also actively operating, having carried out sabotage, destroyed equipment in the city of Kursk, and previously disabled a communications tower in the regional center.

Also, UAV bases are being hit in other rear regions of Russia. For example, in Rostov-on-Don, a warehouse containing 6,000 FPV drones prepared for deployment to the Kursk direction was destroyed.
