Easy homemade cannelloni: No fuss, just flavor

Cannelloni is an Italian pasta in the form of tubes, typically stuffed with meat. This recipe does not require pre-boiling the pasta and is perfect for an everyday lunch or dinner.

Easy cannelloni recipe
Ingredients:

Chicken or veal mince – 600 g;

Cannelloni – 160 g;

Sour cream – 4 tbsp;

Tomato paste or puree – 4 tbsp;

Salt, pepper, paprika, Italian herbs, chicken spice mix;

Mozzarella – 45 g;
Total cooking time: 45–50 minutes
Method:

Add salt, pepper, paprika, chicken spice mix, Italian herbs, and a little water to the minced meat. Mix thoroughly.

Stuff the cannelloni with the meat and place them at the bottom of a skillet.

For the sauce, mix sour cream and tomato paste or puree, add salt and pepper, and thin with hot water. Stir well and pour over the cannelloni until fully covered.

Simmer covered for 15–20 minutes.

Sprinkle with grated cheese, cover again, and cook for another 5 minutes.
