On the night of May 13, the Temryuksky district of the Krasnodar region in Russia came under attack by unidentified drones. According to Russian Telegram channels, two targets were likely struck simultaneously.
According to the reports, the sounds of drones and explosions were heard in at least several coastal settlements in the Krasnodar region of Russia. However, preliminary reports indicate that damage was limited to the village of Voilna in the Temryuksky district.
The local port was the first to be hit. News of the attack broke around 3:40 a.m., and just over an hour later, footage emerged showing a fire in the area of the facility.
Later, after 6 a.m., a number of OSINT sources reported that a tank farm containing petroleum products, owned by the large maritime transshipment complex Tamanneftegaz, had been attacked.
Incidentally, overnight, the Krasnodar region operational headquarters reported that drone debris had fallen on the grounds of a facility in the village of Volna. This caused the equipment to catch fire. As of this morning, firefighters are still battling the blaze. Based on OSINT posts, the incident involves a tank farm.
