On the night of November 18–19, a large series of explosions was heard in Kharkiv. Mykolaiv was also targeted by drones, according to the Telegram accounts of Ihor Terekhov and the Suspilne Novyny channel.

“Kharkiv is under attack by enemy drones — several explosions were heard in the city, preliminarily in the Slobidskyi district. Information on the consequences is being clarified,” Terekhov wrote.

He also added that several combat drones were still detected over the city, and therefore urged people to be cautious.

Several local channels report that more than 10 explosions have already been heard.

In addition, around 23:42 Kyiv time, an explosion was heard in Mykolaiv. Earlier, the Ukrainian Air Forces had reported that a drone was heading toward the city.

Several local channels report that 16 explosions have now been heard in Kharkiv. In addition, some districts are experiencing power outages.

Meanwhile, Mayor Ihor Terekhov reported that, preliminarily, one of the strikes hit a high-rise building in the Slobidskyi district. A fire broke out at the site of the attack.

“There is preliminary information about a strike near one of the city’s medical facilities. There are reports of an injured doctor, damage to the building itself, and vehicles. Information is being clarified,” Terekhov wrote.
