Drone attack sets Russian oil depots on fire in Tver and Stavropol

On the night of July 9, several Russian cities were once again attacked by unidentified drones. The incident caused fires at oil depots, according to Russian Telegram channels.
Stavropol Krai
At approximately 2:07 a.m., Stavropol Krai Governor Vladimir Vladimirov posted on social media that a drone threat had been declared for the region.
A few hours later, videos began appearing on OSINT channels allegedly showing an attack on an oil depot.

Later, the channels clarified that the attack took place in the city of Mikhailovsk and that the Lukoil-Yugnaftoprodukt oil depot was hit. By morning, the fire was growing more intense.
Local authorities have not yet commented on the situation.
Tver
According to OSINT channels, Tver was also attacked in the early morning. There, the TVERNEFTEPRODUKT oil depot was hit, which also resulted in a fire. Preliminary reports indicate that one of the tanks is on fire.

There are no official comments at this time.
Other attacks
On July 6, Ukrainian forces attacked the Omsk oil refinery, which is the largest in Russia. Media reports later stated that the facility had suspended operations.
On the night of July 7–8, the Ukrainian Defense Forces attacked the Saratov oil refinery and the TAIF-NK oil refining complex in Nizhnekamsk, resulting in fires at the facilities.
Yesterday, Russia announced that it was imposing a complete ban on diesel fuel exports.
