Drone attack rattles Russia’s Voronezh region, explosions heard (video)

Explosions have been reported in Russia’s Voronezh region. Residents mention drones and air defense activity, according to Russian Telegram channels.
The first appearance of drones was recorded around 12:30 a.m. in the sky over Borisoglebsk: residents reported seeing unmanned aerial vehicles and hearing their buzzing.
The sound of drones was also heard in the sky over the city of Rossosh.
Starting from 1:00 a.m., similar sounds were noted in Voronezh as well. At least three explosions were heard on the outskirts of the city. A total of six explosions were reported in the region.
Earlier, RBC-Ukraine reported on a powerful explosion at a gunpowder plant in the village of Lesnoy, Shilovsky district of the Ryazan region, Russia. The incident occurred on July 15 and resulted in a large fire, with several fatalities and dozens injured.
On the night of August 2, SSU drones attacked the Primorsko-Akhtarsk military airfield in Russia, from which Russian forces launch Shahed-type drones against Ukrainian cities. Following the strikes, a fire broke out in the vicinity of the airfield.
Drones also targeted the Elektropribor plant in Penza, where equipment for digital networks in military command systems, as well as devices for aviation, armored vehicles, ships, and spacecraft, is manufactured.
On the night of August 1, explosions were heard in the Russian city of Taganrog, which was likely attacked by drones. Eyewitnesses reported hearing at least ten explosions in the sky over the city.
