Dnipro under attack: 1 killed and 26 hurt in Russian strikes

On the night of September 20, Russians struck a high-rise building in Dnipro with a missile, while in Pavlohrad they hit an industrial facility, according to Serhii Lysak, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, and Dnipro Mayor Borys Filatov.
As a result of the massive attack on Dnipro and the surrounding region, one person was killed and 13 others were injured to varying degrees. Most of the injured are hospitalized in moderate condition, while one man is in critical condition.
Lysak reported that the number of injured in Dnipro has now risen to 26. Fourteen are in the hospital, while the rest will recover at home.
A 55-year-old man is in critical condition with burns covering 70% of his body. Medical staff are fighting for his life.
Several fires broke out in Dnipro and the surrounding districts. High-rise and private homes, outbuildings, and garages were damaged. Significant destruction was also recorded at local enterprises.
The city mayor reported that the Russian army struck one of the high-rise buildings with a missile.
Pavlohrad was also affected. One industrial facility was damaged, and a fire broke out as a result of the attack.
During the night, Nikopol district was hit as well. The occupiers used FPV drones and artillery, targeting the district center and the Pokrovska community. A fire broke out in one of the private houses.
It is noted that over the course of the night, air defense forces in Dnipropetrovsk region shot down a total of 39 drones.

Last night, the enemy also carried out a combined strike on Mykolaiv using ballistic missiles and drones.
In addition, the occupiers attacked Kyiv region. The consequences of the Russian attack were recorded in the Bucha, Boryspil, and Obukhiv districts, with damage to residential infrastructure and vehicles.
It should be recalled that on the night of September 20, the Russian army attacked Ukraine with kamikaze drones, as well as cruise and ballistic missiles.
