In Dnipro, explosions were heard on April 10. Russian forces attacked the city with missiles, according to Mykola Lukashuk, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional council.

"Dnipro is under enemy missile attack. The threat is still ongoing. There may be additional launches," Lukashuk reported.

He urged the city's residents to stay in safe places until the air raid alert is lifted.

Earlier, the Ukrainian Air Force warned of the threat of ballistic weapon use from the southeastern direction in regions where air raid alerts have been declared.

"High-speed target near the city of Dnipro," the military added.

Ukraine under attack on April 10

On the night of April 10, Russia attacked Ukraine with 145 Shahed drones and imitator UAVs from Russian cities including Oryol, Kursk, Millerovo, Primorsk-Akhtarsk, and occupied Crimea. Air defense forces successfully shot down 85 drones.

According to the Kyiv City Military Administration, 30 drones were detected near Kyiv, 16 of which were destroyed by air defense. The attack affected two districts of the city.
