Six regions hit, but most missiles downed: Russia's overnight strike on Ukraine

During the night of April 10, Russian forces attacked Ukraine with 145 drones. Air defense shoots down most of the air targets, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports.
"During the night of April 10, the enemy launched 145 strike UAVs of the 'Shahed' type and various decoy drones," the statement says.
The drones were launched from the directions of Kursk, Oryol, Millerovo, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, and Chauda (Crimea).
Air defense response
Aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire teams of Ukraine's Defense Forces repelled Russian aerial assault.
"As of 9:00 a.m., 85 strike UAVs of the 'Shahed' type (and other drones) were confirmed shot down in the north, south, east, and center of the country," the military notes.
In addition, 49 enemy decoy drones were lost locally.

In particular, warehouses in Kyiv caught fire, utility structures were destroyed, and there were injuries. In Mykolaiv, drone strikes damaged nine apartment buildings, dozens of garages and vehicles, and ten people were injured.
