A government representative of the Oryol region announced that as a result of a drone strike on the oil depot in the regional center, one of the tanks ignited.

"A reservoir at the oil depot in Oryol is on fire, with over 60 people working to extinguish it," a representative of the Oryol region government's press service told to Telegram channel TARS.

Russian media, citing the city authorities, report the area of the fire.

"The area of the burning oil depot tank in Oryol is 100 square meters, according to the city authorities," the city administration reported.

The mayor of Oryol, Yuriy Parakhin, announced the evacuation of 17 residents from two neighboring apartment buildings.

"17 people from two neighboring apartment buildings have been evacuated to a temporary shelter. They have already been examined by doctors and provided with food," Parakhin wrote.

Nizhny Novgorod region

A drone attacked the Lukoil-Nizhny Novgorodnefteorgsintez in the city of Kstovo in the Nizhny Novgorod region.

Media reported that the drone hit the oil refining unit directly. A fire broke out on the premises. There is no information about casualties.

The governor of the region, Gleb Nikitin, confirmed the attack.

"This morning, an attack by drones was carried out on the Kstovo industrial zone, on an object of the fuel and energy complex," Nikitin wrote.

The company Lukoil, which owns the Nizhny Novgorod oil refinery, reported that the operation of the technological installation at the enterprise has been suspended due to the incident. The nature of the incident is not specified.

Kursk region

Residents of the Kursk region heard explosions at night. The Ministry of Defense supposedly destroyed 11 drones over the region.

The governor of the region, Roman Starovoyt, reported about the supposed work of the air defense.

"The air defense system is operating in the sky over Kursk. Please remain calm," Starovoyt wrote.

Sounds of explosions were recorded and shared on social media.

Belgorod region

According to Governor Vyacheslav Gladky, the region was attacked by an unknown type of drone. The Ministry of Defense reported the alleged destruction of 7 drones.

It is stated that the drone allegedly dropped four explosive devices. There were no casualties, but there was damage to power lines, and several settlements were left without electricity.

"Belgorod region was attacked by a drone that dropped 4 explosive devices. There are no casualties, but there is damage to the power line. Seven settlements are left without electricity," Gladkov reported.

In the morning, the governor reported on the destruction caused by the attack.

"Several settlements in the Shebekinsky city district were immediately attacked. According to preliminary data, there are no casualties. In Shebekino, as a result of the drone's fall with subsequent detonation, several windows were knocked out in two apartment buildings. In the village of Novaya Tavolzhanka, the power line was damaged after the projectile hit," the governor wrote.

Moscow region

According to the Ministry of Defense, two drones were destroyed in the region. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin reported the repulsion of a drone flying towards Moscow.

"Today, the air defense forces in the Ramensky city district repelled an attack by a drone flying towards Moscow. At the crash site, according to preliminary data, there is no damage or casualties," Sobyanin wrote.

Bryansk region

The Ministry of Defense claimed to have destroyed one drone over the region. Governor Alexander Bogomaz confirmed the destruction of the drone.

"An unmanned aerial vehicle of the aircraft type was destroyed over the territory of the Brasovsky district by the air defense forces of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. There are no casualties or damage," Bogomaz reported.

Leningrad region

The Ministry of Defense reported the alleged interception and destruction of one drone over the region.

Governor Alexander Drozdenko did not comment on the situation.

Tula region

The Ministry of Defense reported one drone destroyed over the region.
