According to him, these munitions might have been scattered during the nighttime Russian drone attack.

Explosion from delayed munitions causes injuries

A woman was hospitalized in the capital after the explosion of delayed-action munitions.

"The warhead of a downed drone detonated with a delay. The injured is an elderly woman, a resident of the Darnytskyi district," Klitschko noted.

Around 10 explosions recorded

The Darnytskyi district experienced the detonation of unknown explosive objects.

"About 10 explosions were heard in the forest-park zone. There was also an explosion on the roof of a residential building, partially damaging its rooftop. One person has been reported injured so far. The situation is being clarified," said the Head of Kyiv City Military Administration.

According to Tkachenkov, sappers, rescuers, and medics are working at the site, and police units are securing the area and preventing unauthorized access.

Tkachenkov mentioned that the explosions likely involve cluster munitions scattered by Russian drones, but this will be confirmed after a special expert analysis to determine the origin of these dangerous items.
