Defense Forces of Ukraine successfully strike storage base for Shahed drones - General Staff
The Naval Forces, together with the Security Service of Ukraine, attacked a storage base for Shahed-type drones located near the settlement of Oktyabrsky in the Krasnodar Krai of Russia, according to the General Staff.
According to the General Staff, about 400 strike drones were stored at the base. The General Staff specified that surveillance confirmed a direct hit on the target, with secondary detonation observed on the site.
"The destruction of the Shahed UAV storage base will significantly reduce the ability of Russian occupiers to terrorize the peaceful residents of Ukrainian cities and villages. Combat operations against the invaders' military targets continue," the statement said.
In September, Russian forces reported that warehouses with weapons were attacked in Krasnodar Krai and Tver region.
