Croatia announces 11th military aid package for Ukraine
On Wednesday, September 11, Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenković visited Kyiv. He announced the 11th package of military assistance to Ukraine, according to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
Zelenskyy shared a photo from the meeting with the Croatian Prime Minister and thanked him for participating in the fourth International Crimea Platform Summit.
The President expressed gratitude to Croatia for its targeted support in restoring Ukraine's energy sector, including a new tranche of energy support amounting to 5 million euros, as well as for assistance in the treatment and rehabilitation of Ukrainian defenders and their families.
"Our government has approved another package of military assistance to Ukraine, bringing the total amount, including previous aid, to over 200 million euros. This, I would say, is a sign of our strong support and desire to fit into the broader picture of your needs. At the same time, we are very pleased that Croatia is helping with demining. We held the largest donor conference on Ukraine's demining," Plenković emphasized.
