Crimean hospital damaged as Russian air defenses repel drone attack

This Thursday, November 6, Russian air defense damaged the central hospital in Simferopol, in temporarily occupied Crimea, reports Crimean Wind.
The incident occurred around 7:00 AM local time as air defenses were repelling drone attacks targeting an oil depot in the village of Bitumne.
"Large-caliber bullets hit the facade and the glass panels on the eighth floor of the Republican Clinical Hospital named after N. A. Semashko," the post said.

It was not a direct hit, as the bullets were falling on a ballistic trajectory. No one was injured in the incident.
Crimean Wind added that the damaged facade window was a triple-glazed unit, with each glass sheet 5 to 6 millimeters thick.
Incidents in Crimea
Earlier that night, residents of Crimea reported that a fire broke out at an oil depot around 2:30 AM. Local Telegram channels suggested it was the Krymnaftozbut oil depot in the Bitumne area. Videos of the fire quickly spread on social media.
Ukraine's Special Operations Forces earlier carried out a successful mission on the Crimean Peninsula. During the operation, a Russian S-400 Triumf missile launcher and a large ammunition depot of Russia's 18th Army were destroyed.
