- refrain from communicating with witnesses in the criminal case,
- surrender his foreign passports for safekeeping,

The prosecutor's office requested this particular preventive measure.
Dubinskyi's case on travel abroad
Recalling that independent Member of Parliament, Oleksandr Dubinskyi was informed of suspicion of forgery under Part 1 of Article 366 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. According to the investigation, he traveled outside of Ukraine to accompany his father for medical treatment at a foreign medical institution.
Moreover, the MP's father traveled abroad and returned independently, without actual accompaniment by the parliamentarian.
Previously, a document related to the Ministry of Health's request for Dubinsky's travel abroad was leaked to the media and posted online. The publication was authored by the co-founder of the "Democratic Axe" party, Anton Shvets. According to his statement, during a state of war, Dubinsky traveled abroad for leisure, pretending it was for his father's treatment. However, allegedly, he was vacationing with a companion in Barcelona, Spain.
Furthermore, Dubinskyi himself, while abroad, signed official documents, which may indicate their forgery. Investigative actions are currently underway regarding this matter as well.
Additionally, on August 3, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and the State Bureau of Investigations conducted searches at Dubinskyi's residence, and the following day, he was questioned at the State Bureau of Investigations in Kyiv.
