Genetics

According to cosmetologist and dermatologist Daria Tishchenko, genetics determines skin type, melanin levels, and skin's ability to repair and produce collagen and elastin.

Some people have a genetic advantage that provides better protection against UV rays or pollution.

Genetics can also affect how quickly wrinkles or other signs of aging appear.

Lifestyle

Skin condition is strongly influenced by diet, sleep, physical activity, and stress levels. For example, a healthy diet rich in antioxidants and omega-3s can significantly improve skin condition, reduce inflammation, and promote skin repair.

The doctor noted that some people have good skin due to a good combination of genetics and a healthy lifestyle.

However, this does not mean that problem skin cannot be improved. The main thing is the right approach and consistency.

What factors lead to facial rashes

Infections

Bacteria, viruses, and fungi can cause skin infections. These pathogens often enter the skin through a cut, insect bite, or other wound. The resulting infection can cause redness on the face.

Allergies

An allergic reaction is a sensitivity to something you have eaten, breathed in, or touched. The substance you are allergic to is called an allergen. Your body perceives the allergen as foreign or harmful, and your immune system attacks it.

Allergy symptoms can appear on many parts of the body, including the face.

Pore clogging

When the pores on your face become clogged with dead skin cells, excess sebum, and environmental contaminants, it can lead to acne and blackheads.

Clogged pores can be caused by improper skin cleansing, the use of comedogenic cosmetic products, or insufficient makeup removal.

Poor nutrition

Nutrition can affect the condition of the skin. Eating foods high in fat, sugar, and processed foods can contribute to facial rashes.
