Explosions heard in Odesa during Shahed drone attack

On the night of Monday, August 4, the Russian army launched an attack on Odesa using Shahed-type strike drones. Explosions were heard across the city, according to Odesa Mayor Hennadii Trukhanov.
Around 01:30 AM Kyiv time, the Air Force reported the movement of Shahed attack drones over the Black Sea. They were heading north.
By approximately 02:05 AM Kyiv time, Odesa Mayor Hennadii Trukhanov reported explosions in the city. According to him, Shaheds were spotted in the central part of Odesa and in the Peresyp district.
Reminder: Residents in regions where air raid alerts are sounding are urged to remain calm and immediately proceed to shelters if danger arises. It is also strictly prohibited in Ukraine to photograph or film the work of air defense forces.
Earlier, we reported that on August 2, Russian forces also launched Shahed kamikaze drones toward Ukraine.
At around 00:30 AM Kyiv time, an explosion was heard in the city of Chuhuiv. During the attack, Russian strike drones damaged several private houses. Local women were injured.
It was also reported that drones targeted one of the districts of Kharkiv.
