Due to a shortage of doctors in the temporarily occupied territories, local administrations have mandated that clinics prioritize the treatment of Russian military personnel, according to the National Resistance Center (NRC).

It is reported that the enemy is attempting to alleviate the burden on hospitals by this measure. Still, in doing so, they plan once again to hide behind civilians and use civilian facilities for military purposes, which constitutes yet another crime.

It is expected that clinics will provide primary care to the occupiers and conduct medical examinations. This decision by the invaders is soon to be approved at the level of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

Situation in the occupied territories

In the temporarily occupied territories, Russian forces are forming separate units under the Ministry of Internal Affairs to conduct filtration operations against the population.

Recently, collaborator Volodymyr Saldo banned entry into a 15-kilometer zone near the Dnipro River in the occupied Kherson region.

In the occupied southern territories, Russia is creating the impression of high levels of local support and the presence of a people's militia.
