According to the blogger, this habit may seem very strange to many. But the Chinese call it the "cure for everything in the world."
It turns out that it's about the habit of drinking hot water. The girl believes that this helps people stay healthy and young.
"Even in summer, we still drink hot water. We believe that hot water speeds up metabolism, flushes out toxins, expands blood vessels... Improves the condition of the skin and hair," she said.
According to the blogger, sick people should drink hot water. She also advises adding chamomile or "trendy" berries to the liquid.
"If you want to lose weight, drink more hot water, too. And how do we drink? You can just drink like that. You can add goji berries and dried chamomile to the water; they are considered very useful," the girl noted.
