A Carpet plan has been implemented simultaneously at eight airports in Russia due to an attack by unknown drones, according to Russian public sources.

Flights have been suspended at the airports of Vladikavkaz, Grozny, Magas, Mineralnye Vody, Nalchik, Stavropol, Sochi, and Tambov.

Airspace over these airports is temporarily closed. Due to the drone attack, 25 flights have been delayed.

Additionally, in the Sochi airport alone, 45 flights are delayed both for departure and arrival due to the drone attacks.

Passengers remain relatively calm and are waiting for the Carpet plan to be lifted. Some are even sleeping right in their seats while waiting for their flights.
