China, North Korea, and Iran are helping Russia wage war against Ukraine. These four countries are working together, said NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte during the Alliance's Parliamentary Assembly in Dayton, Ohio (USA), according to La Repubblica.

"We know that China is a key enabler of Russia's war against Ukraine, supplying Russia with dual-use goods and helping it circumvent sanctions," Rutte said.

He added that North Korea receives significant technology in exchange for supporting Russia, while Iran gets money from Moscow and uses it to sow chaos in the Middle East.

"These four countries are working together — we must not be naive," noted the NATO Secretary General.

Russia depends on its partners — China, Iran, and North Korea — who help it circumvent sanctions and obtain components for weapons production.

For instance, 42 foreign-made parts and components were found in Russian Kh-59 air-to-surface missiles.

Meanwhile, North Korean missiles, which Russia has already used several times to strike Ukraine, contain parts from American and European companies.
