Borrell, staying in Kyiv, spent morning in shelter because of Russian attack
The European Union's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, spent the morning of February 7 in a Kyiv shelter due to Russia's massive attack on Ukraine.
"Starting my morning in the shelter as air alarms are sounding across Kyiv," he wrote.

According to Borrell, this is the daily reality of the brave Ukrainian people since Russia launched its illegal aggression.
High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell arrived in Kyiv on February 6. He had previously announced his visit. This is his fourth visit to Kyiv since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion. As Borrell himself said, he is "here to discuss with our Ukrainian friends the EU's unwavering support for Ukraine."
Russia launched a massive attack on Ukraine on February 7, using kamikaze drones and missiles.
