US President Joe Biden has instructed to move heaven and earth to ensure that Ukraine receives all the help it needs. He is determined to support the country at the end of his presidential term, stated Michael Carpenter, Director for Europe at the US National Security Council.

As Carpenter stated, the White House is uncertain about President Biden's reaction to the victory plan that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will present next week.

However, he noted that President Biden is determined to support Ukraine and place it in the strongest position by the end of his term. He has instructed everyone working for him to move heaven and earth to ensure that all necessary aid, especially military assistance, is provided, Carpenter added.

Additionally, this aid will address energy security, which was part of the funding bill approved in April.

As for permission for long-range strikes deep into Russian territory, according to the comments, this may be a topic for discussion. However, Carpenter said he did not have any reports today.

He mentioned that there are very active discussions on this issue today, and the US believes that Ukraine needs to have long-range capabilities that it can use.

Zelenskyy's visit to the US

Earlier, President Zelenskyy announced that during his upcoming trip to the US next week, he has scheduled a series of meetings. These include discussions with American counterpart Joe Biden, representatives from both parties in Congress, and presidential candidates Kamala Harris and Donald Trump.

He is expected to present his victory plan. According to him, three points are already prepared, and the plan will be available to all countries, including representatives from Russia.

Additionally, it has been reported that Biden is preparing a new aid package of $375 million, which may include patrol boats, additional munitions for High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS), 155 mm and 105 mm artillery shells, spare parts, and other weapon.
