Biden does not leave presidency before end of his term
The White House announced that US President Joe Biden will complete his presidential term, despite calls from some Republicans for his resignation, according to CNN.
In a statement to CNN, White House representative Andrew Bates said that Biden inherited an economy in free fall, rapidly rising violent crime rates, and fractured alliances from his predecessor.
In response, President Biden has reversed the situation by delivering the strongest economic growth in the world and the lowest violent crime rate in 50 years. The White House representative also noted that the current US President has strengthened NATO more than ever before.
"He looks forward to finishing his term and delivering more historic results for the American people," Bates added.
Continuing his remarks, Bates highlighted that these achievements include ongoing efforts to reduce costs, create jobs, protect social security, and counter the MAGAnomics program, which he argues would exacerbate inflation and lead the US into recession.
Additionally, Bates mentioned that Biden will continue to fight to protect Americans' freedoms from radical abortion bans and attacks on the rule of law.
