Ballistic strike on Kharkiv: Number of injured rises to 103

Russian forces launched a ballistic missile attack on Kharkiv today, April 18. According to current reports, 103 people have been injured, according to Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov.
"The number of those injured in today’s strike has increased to 103," Terekhov wrote.
He noted that among the injured are eight children.

Earlier this morning, Russian forces targeted the Osnovianskyi district of Kharkiv with ballistic missiles. The rockets struck a residential area, causing widespread injuries among civilians.
According to the latest data, 98 people were injured.
In recent weeks, Russia has increasingly used ballistic missiles in attacks on civilian areas. The enemy also uses cluster munitions. It leads to a large number of casualties and injuries among the civilian population.
A similar attack occurred on April 13, when Russian forces hit Sumy with two ballistic missiles, killing 35 people.
