Ballistic missile strike on Odesa - Death toll rises

Russian forces launched a ballistic missile strike on the port of Odesa today, May 23, killing at least two people, according to Odesa Regional Military Administration head Oleh Kiper.
"Unfortunately, the number of fatalities from today's missile attack has increased. A 71-year-old Odesa resident died in the hospital from his injuries," Kiper said.
He expressed condolences to the victim's family.
Odesa under attack
Earlier today, Russia targeted the civilian port in Odesa using ballistic missiles.
Deputy Prime Minister Oleksii Kuleba said one person was initially reported killed, and eight others were injured. All of them are port workers.
He added that four of the wounded are in serious condition and are receiving medical assistance.
Russian forces also launched a missile strike on Chuhuiv today, killing one woman and injuring two men.
