Russian occupying forces in Feodosia are trying to protect an oil depot by any means possible. However, Ukraine's Armed Forces have successfully struck the facility about 10 times, according to the Krymskiy Veter Telegram channel.

The oil depot in Feodosia is covered with anti-drone nets, but that has done little to help, the report said.

It added that only a few fuel storage tanks at the facility remain undamaged.

Incidentally, the marine oil terminal in Feodosia has caught fire many times, most recently on July 18.

The Telegram channel added that it has lost count of how many times the oil depot has burned — whether it was nine or ten times.

Strikes on the Feodosia oil depot

RBC-Ukraine previously reported that a series of powerful explosions rocked occupied Feodosia during the night of April 23. The strikes reportedly targeted the oil depot.

It was also reported that in April, the oil depot of JSC Marine Oil Terminal, located in temporarily occupied Feodosia, caught fire following a nighttime attack.

According to eyewitnesses, two storage tanks were burning at the facility — one larger and one smaller — with the blaze visible from several kilometers away.

Reports also indicated that a major fire involving at least two storage tanks continued at the Marine Oil Terminal in occupied Feodosia after a successful Ukrainian drone strike.

In October 2025, an oil terminal complex in Feodosia burned for two days after a drone attack. The most intense fire was observed in the northeastern section of the oil depot.
