Germany's assistance to Ukraine
In February 2023, General Carsten Breuer, the Inspector General of the German Armed Forces, promised Ukrainian Armed Forces Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi short-term support for Ukraine of more than 100 million euros.
The very next day, the German government updated the list of military aid supplied to Ukraine. Berlin handed over dozens of new drones to Kyiv.
