Albanian prime minister jokes about Trump in front of Macron and Aliyev

Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, during the European Political Community summit in Copenhagen, joked in front of the French leader and the President of Azerbaijan about US President Donald Trump's claim to have ended a war that never happened, according to Politico.
In September, Donald Trump mistakenly claimed that he had managed to resolve a conflict between Azerbaijan and Albania, while in fact referring to the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict.
Standing next to French President Emmanuel Macron and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama jokingly demanded an apology from Macron for not congratulating the leaders on resolving the conflict "between Albania and Azerbaijan."
"You should make an apology... to us," Rama said, addressing Macron.
"Because you didn't congratulate us on the peace deal that President Trump made between Albania and Azerbaijan," Rama added, prompting laughter from those present.
Strange slips by Trump
Donald Trump claimed he had stopped a war between Cambodia and Armenia, mistakenly naming Cambodia instead of Azerbaijan during his speech.
The US president has made similar mistakes in his speeches before. For example, he once referred to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy as the president of Russia. During a briefing, the American leader initially mentioned Zelenskyy correctly several times but then accidentally referred to him as the president of Russia.
Earlier, during a campaign speech, Trump referred to Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán as the "leader of Türkiye," confusing him with the country's current president, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
