Ukraine's Air Force tracks nearly 1 million Russian targets since invasion began
Since the beginning of the invasion, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has recorded nearly one million Russian targets, including 175,000 aircraft and 100,000 helicopters, according to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"Nearly one million air targets have been recorded by the radio-technical troops since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion," the statement reads.
According to the military, since the invasion began, the radio-technical troops have detected and tracked over 345,000 enemy targets, including 175,000 aircraft, 100,000 helicopters, 57,000 drones, and more than 13,000 missiles of various types.

November 30 marks the Day of Radio-technical Troops of the Ukrainian Air Force. This branch of the military is referred to as the "eyes of the Air Force."
Around the clock, the servicemen of the radio-technical troops (RTT) detect and track hundreds of enemy aircraft, helicopters, drones, bombs, and missiles.
For example, during the drone attack on Ukraine in the night of November 30, Ukrainian military forces tracked 10 Russian drones. Air defense successfully shot down 8 of the UAVs during the Russian assault.
