Ukrainian aviation destroys bridges in the Kursk region

On August 16, Russian forces reported the destruction of one of the bridges over the Seym River near the village of Glushkovo in the Kursk region. It was one of the most crucial logistical arteries for the Russians. At the same time, the Russian army claimed that Ukraine used "several American HIMARS missiles" to destroy the bridge.

Later, Commander of the Ukrainian Air Force, Lieutenant General Mykola Oleshchuk, released a video of the bridge's destruction near Glushkovo. He mentioned that Ukrainian aviation is also participating in the operation in the Kursk region.

Two days later, it became known that Ukrainian aviation had destroyed a second bridge over the Seym River in the Kursk region. It was also reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine might have hit a third bridge in the Kursk region.
