On the night of June 7, Russia attacked Ukraine with 236 strike drones. Air defense forces managed to shoot down the majority of enemy UAVs, but impacts were reported, according to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

That night, Russia launched 236 strike UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas types, as well as decoy drones of the Parody type from the directions of Bryansk, Kursk, Millerovo, Oryol, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk (Russia), as well as temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk region and Chauda in occupied Crimea.

The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile units, electronic warfare and unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of Ukraine's Defense Forces.

According to preliminary data as of 08:30, air defenses shot down or suppressed 215 enemy UAVs of the Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas types and other drones over the north, south, and east of the country.

17 strike drones were recorded hitting 13 locations, with debris from downed drones falling in 9 locations.

"The attack is ongoing, with several enemy UAVs still in the airspace. Follow safety rules!" the Air Force warned.
