Air defense destroys dozens of enemy drones from four directions

The Russian Federation attacked Ukraine on the night of October 11 with 78 strike drones from different directions, according to the Air Force.
From 20:00 on October 10, the enemy attacked with 78 strike drones of the Shahed and Gerbera types, as well as other types of UAVs, from various directions. The drones came from four different directions, over 40 of them being Shaheds.
The air attack was repelled by electronic warfare and UAV units, as well as mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
According to preliminary data, as of 09:00, air defense had shot down or suppressed 54 enemy drones of the Shahed, Gerbera types, and other UAVs in the northern, southern, and eastern parts of the country.
Impacts of 21 strike drones were recorded at six locations. Several enemy drones remain active in Ukrainian airspace.
Attacks on October 11
Last night, the Russians attacked southern, eastern, and northern regions. Odesa and Odesa region were heavily attacked by strike drones. The city experienced partial outages of electricity and water.
Additionally, late on October 10, Russian forces attacked energy workers in Chernihiv region. As a result of the attack, energy workers were killed, and several fires broke out.
The occupiers also carried out a massive drone strike on the city of Chuhuiv in Kharkiv region. According to city authorities, the Russian attack caused a fire. Electricity was cut off in part of Chuhuiv. One person was injured and received medical assistance on site.
